The CTM Johnson Tomato Harvester, introduced in 2002, has been an industry standard for many years. Originally developed by Johnson Farm Machinery, the harvester offers unsurpassed reliability and features today’s progressive harvester operator is looking for.

Built on a reputation of providing the best features and controls, the Johnson Harvester is equipped with load sense hydraulics and independent flow controls for all functions, allowing the operator to adjust the machine for specific field conditions.

The patented three-weight shaker system provides optimal removal of fruit from vine at slower speeds and longer strokes. Rotational and frequency controls allow operators to adjust settings for all varieties and conditions.

The Johnson recovery system utilizes a three-belt arrangement, completely flipping the vines over to get the remaining loose tomatoes out before discharging the vines off the machine.

The Johnson Harvester is powered by a Deere 6068H Tier 3, 225 Hp Diesel Engine. The ground drive system utilizes heavy duty bent axis variable displacement hydraulic motors with a hydrostatic pump for unsurpassed torque and grade-ability power.

The Johnson harvester is equipped with two 32 channel color and dirt sorters providing a capacity of 70 tons per hour. The harvester can be outfitted with several options including a vine shredder, pickup devices, and dual color sorters.
